This policy covers the OpenClaw application (“the App”), a private automation tool operated by Sysdata Consulting, Inc. for internal use.

Scope. The App is used by a single operator account. It is not offered to the public and collects no data from visitors to this website.

Google user data. The App requests access to Gmail and Google Drive on behalf of the account that authorizes it. It uses this access solely to send messages and read or write files at the direction of that account holder.

Storage. Access and refresh tokens are stored locally on a private server controlled by the operator. No Google user data is transmitted to any third party, sold, or used for advertising, profiling, or model training.

Retention and deletion. Data is retained only as long as needed to complete a requested operation. Authorization can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately terminates the App’s access.

Limited Use. The App’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
